Our virtual Spanish classes have thrown years-old textbook-heavy approaches out the window. Instead, we include up-to-date best practices of second language acquisition that make acquiring a second language effective, engaging, enjoyable, and fun! We want our students to laugh, sing songs, dance, cook, create crafts, learn stories, and play games—all while immersing themselves in the Spanish language and culture.
Research shows that the best time to learn a language is during childhood. But don’t let that fool you! Learning a second language is for everyone, regardless of age! We use effective methods such as Total Physical Response (TPR), Storytelling, Goal-Setting, Implicit Instruction through providing Comprehensible Input, and more to ensure all learners of all ages become proficient.

Interactive Learning Methodology
Our classes ensure that each lesson leads your child on the path to proficiency in an interactive way! Our classes are not the traditional “vocabulary lists and grammar rules” classes you may be used to! Instead, we USE the language in each Spanish lesson.
We ensure that students are reading, writing, listening, and speaking Spanish in our classes. Our Spanish curriculum is filled with traditional and popular songs that tap into the rhythm and melody that make language stick. You’ll also find countless authentic stories that allow us to make learning memorable through the translated Spanish version of stories you loved as a child! Some stories in our Spanish curriculum, specifically for younger students, include Curious George and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?
Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about games! Between Pictionary, Charades, BINGO, Jeopardy, Quizlet, and SO much more, you’ll always have friendly competitive competition that will drive your students to acquire Spanish!
