Spanish is Easy, English is Hard!

  • Sarah's Spanish School Updates

I constantly feel so lucky to have grown up speaking English, not having to learn it later in life.

Why? Because it’s hard!

Unlike Spanish where all the vowels make the same sound every single time with no confusing exceptions (how nice is that!?), it seems like our English vowels just do what they want

Examples: Suit, suite, ruin. Circuit, conduit… gush, bush, steak, streak, break, bleak…

Talk about a pronunciation headache!

And when it comes to English, grammar-shrammer.

There are tons of adults that lived their whole lives speaking English and still can’t actually say things correctly.

It is likely that I wrote some grammar incorrectly right here in this email (maybe even in this sentence lol!).

But we can still get our point across and communicate effectively, which is the main goal of language anyways, right?

Which is our main goal for our students in our online Spanish classes.

So, we teach our Spanish classes in an immersive way, just like our kids learned English.

We play games, we do crafts, we sing songs, we tell stories, we do crafts… and we do it all with a natural mix of Spanish and English.

So eventually, our students just know “what sounds right” in Spanish. Kind of like we all do in English.

They’ll learn the cut and dry grammar rules eventually, but for now they’re just having fun and doing things kids already have fun doing – we just add-in the Spanish!

And when they DO go on to formally learn all the in’s and out’s of the Spanish language, grammar rules and all, they’re going to be lightyears ahead of their peers.

It’ll all just “click”.

Because they’ll already know it!

So, if you want your child to learn Spanish in a similar way they learned English AND have tons of fun in the process, you can let them try it for FREE here.

I know they’re going to love it!

And be sure to join before Friday – we have a special class with a four legged guest that your child won’t want to miss!

Hasta luego,

Sarah
